Last night went like this:
8:30PM: “Night mom!” Wink, wink.
12:15AM: “Hey mom, I’m hungry. No, just kidding. I’m not really. Just wanted to see if you’re up.”
12:45AM: “MOM. I’m starviiiing, but I am going to take 30 minutes to eat because I LOVE this Full House episode. Cut. It. Out!”
1:30AM: “Oh hey, mom, did you put on your generic Latisse before bed? I haven’t noticed a difference, so just a reminder.”
1:45AM: “I heard you flush the toilet!”
2:15AM: “Heeeey mom! Look in the monitor! Bad swaddle = toga! Toga!”
2:30AM: “You, again? I was yelling for Dad.”
3:30AM, maybe: “I WEDGED MY HAND BETWEEN THE CRIB AND MATTRESS.”
4:00-6:30AM: “Hi! Mom! Hi! Mom! Hi! Mom! Hi! Mom!”
6:45AM: “I was just resting my eyes! Gotcha!”
Since my little guy was not at about to be convinced that sleep, or even cuddle time with Mom, would be better than nighttime playing, I made use of some unexplored photography apps on my phone. Feel free to print these on canvas for Mother’s Day.
